FUN! I like those people, too. And I want to be the first to congratulate you (at least here) on braving the raging Buffalo in a canoe. Carissa, others have faced those mighty waters and not lived to tell about it. But not you...you stood up to your fears, and came out on the other side. Well done, my friend.
Wow, TLNW makes you sound like a HERO! :)
Seriously though, those pics are great! I love canoeing, the Buffalo, LOVE IT!!! So glad you had fun!
how can you NOT love adventure?!!
that's a baffling statement to me. perhaps we need to define our terms.
adventure: not something you risk life and limb over, just something that adds a little spice to life, something out of the ordinary that includes beauty and fresh perspective.
now who could turn some of that down?! i'm glad you went against your grain and discovered the amazingness of the buffalo :-)
nick and i might head down there on monday - he has 2 days off in a row!
we'll see what the weather does.
Oh, I so badly wish we could have been there! Promise we'll do it again next year!!!
Love you-
Tami
