my weekend, in review...

well, there is really only one word to describe my weekend...RELAXING! to be honest, there might be one other word to describe it, but i'm not as proud of this one...LAZY! i did a whole lot of sleeping in, a whole lot of reading, a touch of shopping, and a little bit of laundry. a thrill a minute let me tell ya. oh, and i got a REAL bad haircut. but let's not get into that, because i get all frustrated when i talk about it.

i did get out of the house a bit. once for a movie with roberta. we saw "my*life*in*ruins." it was cute, but i would just wait and rent it at redbox if i were you.

and there was this extravaganza: kate and nick had a firepit christening party! that's right..nick BUILT that firepit in their backyard. with his own two hands. and a shovel i would assume.

so, all in all a good weekend. i will admit i feel like i spent most of it in 18th century iran (where my book takes place.) great book, but more on that later.
